Sa Sa Ye Steel Band is the performance ensemble of The Seattle Steel Pan Project, which is a culmination of over 30 years of steel pan educational programming and performance in the Pacific Northwest. Sa Sa Ye is a multi-cultural, multi-generational steel pan band based in Seattle and performs a diverse range of musical styles, blending traditional Caribbean sounds with contemporary genres. The Seattle Steel Pan Project (SSPP) is a non-profit organization that promotes steel pan culture through Public performance, K-12 school-based steel pan curriculum, after-school camps, public community classes, and workshops.
