The Roadhouse is an inclusive space that exists to build connections between the transit system and the people and communities of South King County it serves through music and performance.

- Community Events:
501 (C3), Community Groups:
Base Rental Fee: $ 1,500.00
All rentals for up to 4 hours including set up and tear down.

• 50 – Black Folding Chairs
• 10 – Red Folding Chairs
• 6 – 6’ Regular Tables

• 4 – Microphones
• 4 – Microphone Stands
• 2 – Speakers with Towers
• 2 – Monitor Speakers
• Light:
– Foot Lights
– 4 Hanging Stage Lights
– 14 – Drape Lights
Additional charges (when applicable, ask for a quote):
• Overtime after hrs.
• Excessive clean-up
• If applicable, PRO (ASCAP, BMI, and/or SESAC) reporting and fees.
- Rehearsals and Meetings:
501 (C3), Community Groups, Individual Artists:
Base Rental Fee: $ 165.00
Minimum of hours: 3 hours of rehearsal or meeting. h$55/add.
Each group is responsible for leaving the room and restrooms in the same clean condition as they found it,
which includes removing any garbage.
- Third Parties Events:
Base Rental Fee: $ 2,210.00
All rentals for up to 4 hours including set up and tear down.
