“Who is in the Station?” Bry – Technolini Kundalini Yoga

Technolini combines Kundalini yoga with electronic music to elevate the mind, body and spirit from stress into creative freedom using live and electronic music, breathwork, & moves✨ Technolini is a crescendo Kundalini yoga class experience, starting off with Eastern inspired deep house and melodic techno, peaking into industrial techno, at which point the kapalbhati (breath of fire) technique from Kundalini is utilized to sync music, breath and our heartbeat coherently, causing transformative activation to bring about great mental, physical, and spiritual awakenings.✨
All levels of yoga are welcome, especially if you have never done yoga! This is meant to be a fun, rather than serious, experience. 💥 Please bring water, and a yoga mat if you have one.

Bry Ulrick is an American Kundalini Yoga instructor, music producer and student of the feminine arts. She specializes in yoga and sound therapy.
